Accommodation terms & conditions

  • Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
  • Accommodation cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel/motel policies.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the property prior to departure. No invoice will be issued at time of booking.
  • In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the property will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the property concerned. If a charge back has been arranged, please notify Rosanna at Conference Innovators.
  • If when booking your accommodation, the online system indicates it is full please email Rosanna Carleton rosanna@conference.nz with your preferred property and dates and she will be able to assist you. The property may not be full, your dates may fall outside the rooms held by the organisers.
